Every attending person needs 1 ticket.
Upon receiving your registration we will issue a confirmation for the tickets you have ordered. You will receive additional information for payment based on your location.
So within the EU you will receive information on how to pay in Euro.
US based attendees will receive information on payments in US $,
Those attending from the UK will receive info in GBP.
All payments you make will be in your local currency, so no added costs for currency conversions needed.
Yes, if you want to you can pay by creditcard to the account you are given.
Please note that some creditcards may charge added costs for payments to bank accounts.
This is a bit of a dilemma as we really need a minimum of 50 attendees or paid tickets to proceed with this event. If we cannot sell enough tickets by March 31st 2026 then chances are indeed that we have to cancel, so pleae invite anyone you know in the group to join us and make this event possible.
This event is based upon all members " chipping in" to share the costs of the event. As a result of this we are been able to offer this amazing event at a bargain of the costs.
In the sad situation that we have not been able to sell all tickets needed we will first check where we are and if we can proceed anyway, this will depend on the actual sold number of tickets.
In case there are too little tickets sold, we do have a cancellation insurance in place which should cover most of the costs. There will remain some costs that are not covered by the cancellation insurance. These costs will have to be taken from the ticket sales total and the remaining funds will accordingly be returned to the buyers. So yes you will get a refund albeit perhaps not the full amount.
