Below you will find the terms and conditions that apply to this event and any and all services offered.
I kindly ask you to understand that this event is set up by a fan and admin of the Facebook Group Outlander Fans & Cast.
As such I ( we ) cannot accept any liability other than referenced below.

Any and all purchases of tickets imply your understanding of and full agreement with the terms as written below.

Outlander Fans & Cast Gathering 2026 – Terms & Conditions

  • 1. Booking and Payment

    • All bookings must be made through the official ticket page at our website.
    • Payments are accepted via bank transfer only (EUR, USD, GBP).
    • A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
    • Member discounts apply only to verified members, minimum 6 months membership required.
    • Table bookings are exempt from member discounts and will have their own special rate.

    2. Refunds and Cancellations

    • If the minimum number of tickets is not reached by March 31, 2026, the event may be cancelled.
    • If the event has to be cancelled any payments received will be refunded minus administrative and insurance costs.
    • Administrative and insurance costs will be ratified over the number of participants.
    • Once the event is confirmed (after March 31, 2026), refunds are not possible, except in exceptional circumstances at the organizer’s discretion or if the event is cancelled by us.
    • Participants may transfer their personal ticket to another person only after the organizer is notified in writing and has approved the transfer. People not on our guest list will not be allowed entrance. Any bookings cannot be sold onwards. This will invalidate the ticket.
    • Table bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless we - the organizing party- have to cancel the event. In such event a refund will be issued after deduction of administrative and insurance costs.

    3. Event Changes

    • The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, schedule, or venue if necessary.
    • Illustrations and images on the website are indicative only; the actual setup, tables, and decorations may vary.

    4. Liability

    • Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.
    • Participants are strongly advised to obtain their own travel insurance and personal liability coverage for the duration of their trip.
    • The organizer is not liable in any way for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
    • The organizer holds insurance for general event liability. All further liability is waived.

    5. Code of Conduct

    • All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, performers, and fellow participants.
    • The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone causing disruption or danger.

    6. Photography & Media

    • By attending, participants consent to photos or videos taken during the event being used for promotional purposes, unless specifically requested otherwise.

    7. Jurisdiction

    • These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
    • Any disputes arising from the booking or attendance of the event will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
