Reserve Your Own Table

We can offer a limited number of Full Tables to be booked. This is especially created for large groups of fans, friends or even family  that want to stay together. The table allows for 10 people to join in the fun and games and have an amazing night/weekend.

Options

There are several options.

  1. Book a table for the main event
    This allow your party to be together at your own table at the main event. Your table wil be marked with your name.

  2. Book a table + Lallybroch tour
    Enjoy a great night after you have been with us on the Lallybroch Tour on Saturday morning. Costs include transport to lallybroch and back.

  3. Book the Full Package. * BEST CHOICE *
    This allows your party to enjoy all the benefits of the event, including a welcome drink on Friday evening, the Lallybroch Tour on Saturday morning, the Main Event and the Brunch.


Availability
We have a limited number of 6 tables available for these table bookings. So if you wish to book a table best do so while they are still available. The total number of seats ( and tables ) at the event is limited !

Please note the special terms that are in effect for Table Bookings :

  • Tables may or may not grant you access to additional options, this depends on the type of booking you made.

  • Tables are available for both Members and Non-Members at the same rate, this is an exclusive offer !

  • Table bookings (including any add-Ons) are all final upon confirmation and cannot be cancelled due to the nature of this special booking.

  • All payments for tables must be done in full within 14 days after you receive our confirmation. 

  • Due to limited availability, any table bookings that are not paid in due time will be cancelled and will be returned to the availability for new bookings.

  • Table availability is limited. Gone = Gone !

Your Own Table

Having your own table is an option we have added to allow larger groups to enjoy the Outlander Fans & Cast Gathering 2026 together. This set-up is ideal for groups of friends, family or as a business outing .

In addition to booking a full table you will also have the opportunity to book additional features, such as booking the Lallybroch Tour for your whole group or add the Sunday Brunch for your whole group. All added options are valid for the whole group of 10 people.

 

How to order a table ?

Ordering a table is quite simple, you just pick the option you want from the dropdown box and go ahead with the booking. After we have received your booking we will contact you to obtain a list of names of the attending people, so we can register them at your table . Upon receipt of your payment we will issue a written confirmation of the table you have reserved alongside any additional features or tickets you may have added.

If you ever have any questions about this special option, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you.

Cancellation

Full table bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded as we will have a special table reserved for your group only. In case the event is cancelled from our side due to insufficient attendees or force majeure, we will issue a refund minus some administrative costs deducted. Any remaining funds will then be returned to you just as with any other tickets we offer. The Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases done via this website and the services offered thereof.
