Event programme
Welcome to the Outlander Fans & Cast Gathering 2026 programme of our event. The event runs from Friday 18th of September until Sunday the 20th of September. This makes this the first fan made event to last a whole weekend !
Friday : Meet & Greet
On Friday we get together at the Inchyra Hotel & Spa in Falkirk for the first time. We will be setting up a Meet & Greet for you to meet other fans and group members, get to know them and finally meet that online friend that you have been chatting with for all this time :)
The first drink is on us !
Saturday Morning
The Lallybroch Tour (optional)
In the morning of this Saturday, around 11:00 hrs, you will be taken to Lallybroch ( Midhope Castle ) by a luxury coach guided by none other then John Walker Gray who has been an extra in various seasons of Outlander. He can tell you all about his experiences on Outlander.
At Lallybroch the caretaker James Gourlay, will be waiting for us with a special reception which he made for us, even we do not know what he has planned. Exciting !
After this great tour we will return to the Inchyra Hotel & Spa where we can rest and prepare for the evening to come.
For this special Lallybroch Tour you will need to get the Full Member or Visitor ticket with " + Lallybroch Tour " which is available from our webshop. If you have the standard tickets, you can add an upgrade .
Saturday Evening
The Main Event
In the evening we gather at the Menteith Room in the Inchyra Hotel & Spa where they have arranged a lovely room for us with tables, decoration, stage and a true Scottish Cuisine based walking diner.
19:00 hrs: We gather in the room and lift the glass to our event!
20:00 hrs: We will enjoy a great Scottish Walking Diner with true Scottish Cuisine.
21:00 hrs: We kick off the evening with Live music by Jon Ritchies 10 man That Swing Sensation Orchestra that will perform live Sottish and other songs of era's gone by with popular tunes and more.
22:00 hrs : The Costume Challenge .
01:00 hrs: We will end the festivities, turn in and have a great nights rest. ( Hotel bookings to be made separately )
Costume Challenge
Show off your Outlander spirit! đ
Dress up in your best Outlander-inspired outfit and compete for prizes awarded to the top 3 costumes. A fun way to celebrate the story, connect with fellow fans, and make unforgettable memories!

JON RITCHIE & THAT SWING SENSATION
That Swing Sensation, a Scottish big band, has been captivating audiences across Scotland and the North of England with its infectious blend of swing and big band music since its inception in 2007. Perfect for weddings, dances, and corporate events, the band is also renowned for its grand stage shows. Their performances have garnered numerous appearances on radio and television, and they even made it into the Guinness Book of World Records.

Sunday Morning
The Brunch
After having had an amazing weekend and Saturday evening, we come together one last time to have a brunch together before we all take off.
11:00 hrs: We gather in the brunch room and enjoy the brunch.
14:00 hrs : We're signing off. Filled with memories of the show we all love, new made friends and unforgettable memories we all travel home or onwards onto our vacation.
