As a token of our appreciation, members of our group are entitled to a special discounted rate for the upcoming event. To avail of this exclusive member rate, you must have been a member of our group for at least six months prior to the date of your ticket order.

Founders Table – Limited Invitation

The Founders Table is created to honor those who showed early commitment to the Gathering. 

Due to a small number of seats not yet being confirmed, we are opening up to 4 additional places at the Founders Table for fans who secure their ticket before January 31st.

These special seats will be assigned on a first confirmed payment basis. 

 

Once filled, the Founders Table will be closed permanently. The Founders Table also hosts invited Cast members of our Group.

What prices are the tickets

The ticket price is based on a per person cost. The prices in our webshop all show Euro based pricing.

After you have placed your order, we will send you exact details on what amount you have to pay and how to pay in your local currency.

Every attending person needs 1 ticket.

How do I pay for my ticket(s)

Upon receiving your ticket order through our website we will issue a confirmation for the tickets you have ordered. You will receive additional information for payment based on your location.

So within the EU you will receive information on how to pay in Euro.
US based attendees will receive information on payments in US $,
Those attending from the UK will receive info in GBP.

All payments you make will be in your local currency, so no added costs for currency conversions needed. 

Can I pay by creditcard

Yes, if you want to you can pay by creditcard to the account you are given. However, please note that we do not have a creditcard payment system in place for this event, so you will have to instruct your creditcard issuer to make a bank transfer to the account info you are given.

Please note that some creditcards may charge added costs for payments to bank accounts.

Will I get a refund if the event is cancelled?

This event is based on all members contributing to share the costs. As a result, we’ve been able to offer this incredible event with all the perks you’ll enjoy at a discounted price.

 

No Go
If we’re unable to sell the minimum number of tickets required, we’ll first check if we can still proceed. This depends on the actual number of tickets sold and the cooperation of the hotel or venue.

Cancellation
If ticket sales are too low and we have to cancel the event (which we wouldn’t want to do), we have cancellation insurance in place that should cover most of the costs.

However, there will still be some costs not covered by the insurance. These include office expenses and other administrative costs. These will be shared among the attendees and deducted from the ticket sales total. The remaining funds will be returned to the buyers. So, you’ll get a refund, but it may not be the full amount you paid.

Can we book a full table?

Yes, we have made it possible for larger groups of 10 people to book a full table. This ensures that you'll all be on the same table during our festive event. Reserving a table also allows your group to enjoy the Friday Drinks and Mingle. 

There are however some special restrictions to be noted when you order a full table of 10 people.

  • Tables are only sold per 10 attending people.
  • Table booking are solely for Saturday the 19th Main Event.
  • Tables do not grant you access to the brunch on Sunday. Brunch on Sunday can be added manually when you apply for a table.
  • The Lallybroch Tour is not included in the Table Booking. This can also be added manually in addition to the Table Booking.
  • Table bookings are all final upon confirmation and cannot be cancelled as this is a specialty booking.
  • Tables are limited in availability. Gone = Gone !
